Veronica A. Cram

Founder & CEO

Veronica brings a wealth of both education and experience to her leadership of InSight Strategic Solutions. With over two decades working in financial operational capacities, and eight years studying accounting and business, she has cultivated her gift for identifying “any holes in the boat,” providing solutions to plug those holes, while setting a successful course to a business’s destination.

Her formal education began at New Mexico State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Initially enrolling for a Management degree (with the dreams of becoming an entrepreneur), she found studying accounting made perfect sense, and could not understand why others did not find it was logical as she did! She quickly changed her program of study to Accounting and earned a Master of Accountancy from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Fifteen years after initially choosing to venture down the Accounting path, she earned her Executive Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.

Veronica has worked in a variety of industries, including nonprofit healthcare clinics, vehicle fleet management, manufacturing, defense, and for-profit education. No matter the industry, she learned that numbers speak the truth, and simply reducing expenses in an effort to become profitable can stifle growth. She works with clients today to lead them to success by continuously exceeding goals, resulting in higher cash flows and increased profitability. From one-person start-ups to multi-faceted businesses, Veronica’s guidance has proven invaluable to clients in a variety of industries across the country.

Watching her dad spend 15+ years as a consultant, flying out Sunday evenings and flying home late Friday evenings, was not a life she wanted for her young family, which led her to the decision to start her own firm. Her deep understanding of business, combined with the appreciation of what work-life balance really means, has allowed Veronica come full circle, becoming that entrepreneur by utilizing her extensive education and professional experiences to solve the financial and accounting challenges her clients face on a daily basis. Her successes speak for themselves.

Nicole Lindstrom

Financial Strategy Coach

Nicole Lindstrom, CPA – Nicole is an accomplished financial executive who brings 20 years of financial experience to InSight. Prior to joining InSight, she served as CFO for Tore Electric, where she worked with the Leadership Team on strategy and execution.

Nicole previously served as Controller for Archive Systems, where she managed the Accounting transition to its acquired company, Access, as well as Financial Controller of Schindler Elevator Corporation, the North American operating entity of the Switzerland-based Schindler Group. At Schindler Elevator Corporation she managed the financial and accounting functions for the US operations overseeing a staff of 11. Prior to Schindler, Nicole worked for Glowpoint Inc., as Corporate Controller.

Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from Seton Hall University. Nicole resides in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.

Caleb W. Simpson

Consulting Analyst

Caleb Simpson works at InSight as a consulting analyst intern by building and updating reports for clients, including budgets, income statements, and profitability reports. He is a senior at The University of Alabama in Huntsville majoring in finance and is on track to graduate in the Spring of 2024. Caleb is from Brisbane, Australia and moved to the United States in the summer of 2020 to pursue his studies.

Regena Moore

Consultant Coordinator

With an associate degree from Chipola Jr. College and 20+ years as a Huntsville resident, Regena joined the InSight Strategic Solutions team as a Consultant Coordinator in 2023. Regena is a mother of two sons: one in the Active Duty Army and the other a high school athlete. She’s a devoted community volunteer and enjoys hobbies like walking, gardening, bird watching, and photography.

Isabella Brown

Intern

Isabella Brown is the newest addition to the InSight team and is working as an intern. Isabella moved to Huntsville AL in 2019 and earned her Associate of Science degree from Calhoun Community College. She is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She works at InSight Strategic Solutions as a Consulting Analyst intern by building and updating reports for clients. Outside of work and school, she enjoys reading and playing with her dogs.
