Veronica A. Cram

Founder & CEO

Veronica brings more than two decades of financial operational experience and eight years of academic study in accounting and business to her leadership at InSight Strategic Solutions. She excels at identifying and resolving business challenges, ensuring a successful path forward for her clients.

Veronica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from New Mexico State University and her Master of Accountancy from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She later obtained her Executive MBA from Auburn University. Her career spans various industries, including healthcare, fleet management, manufacturing, defense, and education.

Recognized for her excellence, Veronica has led InSight Strategic Solutions to receive several accolades, including the Professional Services Gold Award in 2023 and the Emerging Business of the Year Award in 2022. Her firm is also certified as a minority women-owned business in Alabama.

Veronica’s decision to start her own firm was inspired by her desire for a balanced family life. Her comprehensive business knowledge and commitment to work-life balance have made her an invaluable asset to her clients, helping them achieve higher cash flows and increased profitability.

Nicole Lindstrom

Financial Strategy Coach

Nicole Lindstrom, CPA – Nicole is an accomplished financial executive who brings 20 years of financial experience to InSight. Prior to joining InSight, she served as CFO for Tore Electric, where she worked with the Leadership Team on strategy and execution.

Nicole previously served as Controller for Archive Systems, where she managed the Accounting transition to its acquired company, Access, as well as Financial Controller of Schindler Elevator Corporation, the North American operating entity of the Switzerland-based Schindler Group. At Schindler Elevator Corporation she managed the financial and accounting functions for the US operations overseeing a staff of 11. Prior to Schindler, Nicole worked for Glowpoint Inc., as Corporate Controller.

Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from Seton Hall University. Nicole resides in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.

Regena Moore

Consultant Coordinator

With an associate degree from Chipola Jr. College and 20+ years as a Huntsville resident, Regena joined the InSight Strategic Solutions team as a Consultant Coordinator in 2023. Regena is a mother of two sons: one in the Active Duty Army and the other a high school athlete. She’s a devoted community volunteer and enjoys hobbies like walking, gardening, bird watching, and photography.

Natalie Daniel

Consulting Analyst

Natalie Daniel is our newest Consulting Analyst! At InSight, she builds and updates reports for our clients, including budgets, income statements, and profitability reports. She graduated with honors in 2023 from the University of North Alabama with a double major in Accounting & Computer Information Systems. Originally from southeast Arkansas, Natalie moved to Florence, Alabama in 2019 for college and has been in the state ever since. She loves to cook, dance, and sing, and has a deep appreciation for music.

Isabella Brown

Consulting Analyst Intern

Isabella Brown is working as an intern on the InSight team. Isabella moved to Huntsville AL in 2019 and earned her Associate of Science degree from Calhoun Community College. She is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She works at InSight Strategic Solutions as a Consulting Analyst intern by building and updating reports for clients. Outside of work and school, she enjoys reading and playing with her dogs.
